Khaldun
A downloadable game for Windows
Khaldun is a small hack 'n' slash game made in 6 weeks at ISART DIGITAL (France) as part of our last project of this year.
The Game
You incarnate a lone traveler seeking the Fountain of Eternity to cure his illness. As he travels through Ancient Egypt, he will cross the path of many monsters during his journey.
As you explore these temples, you will find skills, weapons & mysterious potions to help you make your way through the Fountain.
These mysterious potions will increase one of your stats. The more you drink potions, the stronger you become.
This game only includes one level and one boss fight. The level is procedurally generated. (The game playtime is estimated at 10-15 minutes.)

I wasn't able to figure out how to use the portals. Otherwise the game is gorgeous and fun!
Wow this was such a beautiful game! The boss battle with the music was very cool and I love the enemy character design. Considering the time you have worked on the game this was so amazing :D Can't wait to see what you come up with next
I don't know if you've heard of Game Development World Championship before (gdwc2019) but it's a competition for indie game developers where they can submit their games and it's free! It's great if you want some more visibility for the game and it only takes a couple of minutes to join :)
Great work for such a small timeframe! Most of the game's issues are very forgivable due to the time constraint and the art direction is fantastic! Really well done!
I wish we had the time to fix every mistakes ! Thank you for the feedback and your video ! Glad you liked it.
